GLOUCESTER CITY NEW JERSEY–Last month The NHP Foundation submitted a proposal to Gloucester City to buy Chatham Square, a multi-million dollar property purchased by mayor and council eight years ago. CNBNews submitted an OPRA request in July for documents pertaining to that sale. Those documents were released last Friday to the South Jersey/Philadelphia news site.
