Commodores to Perform on the Roland Traynor River Stage at 8 PM
Families and fans can kick off the festivities at 5 PM and watch Soccer matches playing on the big screens at Wiggins! Celebrate Independence Day at the Freedom Festival on Saturday, July 4th with an unforgettable night of live music and fireworks from 6 PM to 11 PM, at Wiggins Park. Taking the Roland Traynor River Stage at 8 PM, the Commodores will bring their signature blend of funk, soul, and R&B to the waterfront for a free concert. Known as one of the greatest acts to emerge from Motown, the group has delivered timeless hits ranging from smooth ballads like “Easy” to high-energy classics like “Brick House.” Following the performance, the celebration will continue with a fireworks display lighting up the night sky!
