The Philadelphia Police Department-Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help in identifying the individual depicted in the following stills and video clips.
On August 12, 2026, at approximately 10:05 PM, the victim, a 50 year-old female along with her 16 years-old son, parked her car on the 3xx block of Delancey Street. As the victim was gathering her items an unknown black male approached her pointing a handgun at her demanded her wallet and cell phone. The victim handed the suspect her wallet but could not find her phone. After patting the victim’s pockets for the her phone he demanded her son’s wallet, but did not have one. The suspect then fled north on S. 3rd St with the victim’s wallet. The suspect was seen in the area for approximately 45 minutes prior to the robbery.
- Suspect description: Black/Male, late 40s to early 50s, 5’8″, heavy build.
