If you have a dog, cat or other furry friend in the family, figuring out what to do with them when you deploy or move can be time-consuming and complicated. Whether you’re taking them with you or leaving them behind, you need to start planning early.

Here are some tips for what you can do when stuck in three difficult situations.

BROOKLAWN NJ (October 19, 2015) —At the October borough council meeting, John Reader was sworn in as a Special Police Officer Class II with the the Brooklawn Police Department. Officer Reader past experience includes serving a year with the Wildwood Police Department. Officer Reader comes from a family of law enforcement as his grandfather, John \”Jack\” Reader retired from the Brooklawn Police Department as Chief of Police. His father, John Reader also recently retired from the New Jersey State Police as a Sergeant.

Unpaid caregivers and family members spend more than 100 hours a month, on average, assisting elderly people with dementia who live in the community and not in residential care or nursing homes, according to a new study. The time commitment was significantly higher than for similar caregivers who helped elderly people without dementia, who themselves put in an average 73 hours each month.
