GTPD Missing Juvenile Male- Andre Streater, Jr. 5-23-2026

On May 22, 2026, at approximately 9:18 PM, 13 year old Andre Streater Jr., was reported missing. Andre was last seen at his residence in the Sicklerville Section of Gloucester Township.  Andre is believed to be wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, a black jacket, is approximately 5’5″ in height and 129 pounds in weight. He is a light skin black male with dark brown hair and brown eyes. The male frequents Camden City.

Gloucester Township Police Arrest Suspect in Dangerous Misuse of Less Lethal Weapon

Between December 2025 and May 2026, the Gloucester Township Police Department received three reports involving a male discharging what appeared to be a firearm in commercial parking lots along the Blackwood Clementon Road corridor, causing property damage. These incidents prompted heightened emergency responses from officers, as businesses and nearby individuals reported active gunfire in the area.

Suspicious Death Investigation

The following information is preliminary and subject to change. Updates will be provided as they become available.

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a suspicious death after a man’s body was discovered inside a suitcase on Friday morning.

At approximately 9:25 AM, officers from the 25th District responded to a call on the 600 block of East Hilton Street. Upon arrival, police located an adult male inside a suitcase. Emergency medical personnel arrived shortly after and pronounced the male deceased at 9:27 AM.

At this time, a motive has not been established, and the cause of death remains undetermined. The investigation is active and ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334 or leave an anonymous tip at 215-686-TIPS.

Shooting Investigation

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Shooting Investigation Group is currently investigating the shooting of a 19-year-old male that occurred early Thursday evening in the city’s 12th District.

At approximately 5:21 p.m., responding officers located the teenage victim suffering from a gunshot wound on the highway along the 70xx block of Greenway Avenue. Police immediately transported the victim to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center, where he is currently listed in stable condition. At this time, investigators have not established a motive, no arrests have been made, and the investigation remains active and ongoing.

“Pop-up Party” Hosts Indicted for Inciting a Riot Charges 

Woodbury, NJ – Elijah Evans, 19, of Pine Hill, and Serenity Hall, 19, of Camden, have been indicted on charges of inciting a riot after a party they allegedly hosted  led to multiple violent events and calls for service. 

According to documents filed in this case: 

On June 29, 2025, the Glassboro Police Department responded to multiple calls on  Rowan Boulevard for various reasons including an armed robbery, a shooting, a stolen motor vehicle, noise complaints, fights, burglary, and disturbances. An investigation found a pop-up “Summer Block Party” had been advertised via  social media with the date and time listed as June 29, 2025, at 10 p.m. The flyer  also contained language encouraging disorderly and unlawful behavior toward law  enforcement.

Vineland Man Sentenced to 5 Years for Unlawful Possession of a Handgun

Woodbury, NJ – Danny D. Cabrera, Jr., 20, of Vineland, was sentenced Friday to a  5-year prison sentence by the Honorable Russell A. DePersia for unlawful  possession of a handgun pursuant to a plea agreement. 

According to documents filed in this case and statements made in open court: On June 6, 2024, Cabrera’s vehicle was stopped by the Franklin Township Police  Department. During the stop, a handgun was found in Cabrera’s waist bag. He was  subsequently charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon without  a permit and fourth-degree possession of large capacity ammunition.

Suspect Arrested in April 7th Homicide of Imani Ringgold

On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the Homicide Fugitive Squad successfully apprehended 21-year-old Zaire Manning on the 6300 block of Greene Street. The arrest was executed with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force. Manning faces charges for the murder of 20-year-old Imani Ringgold and the wounding of two other victims who survived the gunfire.

The Philadelphia Police Department is maintaining its active public appeal to locate the remaining individuals connected to the deadly Tuesday evening shooting. Investigators are still searching for 26-year-old Mustafa King, who remains at large and is wanted for homicide.

Wanted: Suspect for Commercial Burglary in the 1st District

On April 26, 2026 at approximately 3:30 AM, the suspect was captured on surveillance video approaching Jeanne’s Corner Grocery & Deli located at 1440 Shunk Street. The suspect shattered the glass to the front door with a sledge hammer and entered the store. Once inside, the suspect removed a cabinet containing scratch-off lottery tickets from the counter and fled. After stashing the lottery cabinet in the rear alley, the suspect was captured on surveillance video walking Northbound in the 2600 block of Rosewood Street. Minutes later, the suspect was picked up on surveillance video in the 1400 block of Snyder Avenue.

Community Activist Bruce Darrow Charged With Alleged Theft of over $6,000

GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (MAY 20, 2026)(CNBNews)—The Gloucester City Police Department has charged longtime community activist Bruce Darrow of Brooklawn with the alleged theft of over $6,000 from the Carmen Paliero Basketball League. According to the press release, Darrow supposedly took the money between September 2016 and March 2026 during the time he was serving as president of the organization. The charge was placed on a summons pending a Central Judicial Processing Court Hearing.

Arrest Made in March 2025 Fatal Double Shooting

The Philadelphia Police Department has announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with a fatal double shooting that occurred last year in the city’s 25th District.

On Monday, May 18, 2026, 25th District officers apprehended 21-year-old Luis Antonio Bonet. Investigators with the Homicide Unit had previously identified Bonet as the suspect in the March 2025 incident. He is currently being held at the Homicide Unit, where formal charges against him are pending.
