Mackenzie is Protecting Child Care Funding & Holding Scammers Accountable

Congressman Ryan Mackenzie and House Republicans secured a big win for Pennsylvania families, passing legislation that safeguards federal child care funding from fraud and holds scammers accountable.

The bill ensures working families receive the benefits they deserve by implementing stricter reporting standards, increasing penalties on states and providers that misuse federal funding, and codifying fraud standards.

“Congressman Ryan Mackenzie continues to deliver for working families, protecting the programs they need and the money they earned. Meanwhile, Democrats are addicted to a reckless agenda that bankrolls fraudulent programs, taxes Pennsylvania families to death, and robs them of economic freedom. It’s just one more reason why Pennsylvanians will reelect Mackenzie in November.” â€“ NRCC Spokesman Reilly Richardson
