 Governor Corzine supports multimodal regional initiative to boost mobility and economic development

 Woodbury, NJ – The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) today presented its recommendations for the extension of southern New Jersey light rail from Camden City to Glassboro. DRPA conducted an extensive transit planning study that focused on identifying transportation needs and solutions for southern New Jersey. The agency recommended a multimodal approach to meet the transportation needs of New Jersey’s residents. 

At a gathering of business and community leaders today, Governor Jon S. Corzine endorsed the extension of the light rail system from Camden City to Glassboro, as recommended by the DRPA.

Pennsylvania Governor Announces 200 New Jobs at All Fresh Farms Facility in Pike County

Harrisburg, PA – Governor Tom Wolf announced today that All Fresh Farms, LLC, an indoor hydroponic production and packaging operation that specializes in growing lettuce mixes, kales, and basil, will establish a new facility in Greene Township, Pike County, a move that will create at least 200 new jobs.

\”Today’s announcement of 200 new jobs coming to Pike County is another huge win for Pennsylvania,\” said Governor Wolf. \”All Fresh Farms chose the commonwealth as the best location to support their business over other sites outside of the state and I have no doubt that my budget as proposed will continue this momentum, paving the way for even more jobs that pay.\”
