MOORESTOWN NJ MAY 4, 2015–Moorestown Police are investigating a residential burglary with force that occurred today between 10:40-11:15am. Entrance was gained by smashing a basement window. Jewelry and Cash of as yet undetermined value were taken. The subjects were described as two thin African-American males wearing navy blue t-shirts. They were operating a dark colored import sedan that was captured on a resident\’s home surveillance entering and leaving the development.  Charles proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. He was a former resident of Trent Road in Fairview. Charles was the owner and operator of the Commission for the Blind snack bar on 2^nd and Market Streets in Camden and he loved horse racing.

 DOVER (May 1, 2015) – To achieve public compliance through education and enforcement actions that help conserve Delaware’s fish and wildlife resources and ensure safe boating and public safety, DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police officers between April 20-26 made 729 contacts with anglers, hunters, boaters and the general public, including 115 vessel boardings for boating safety and fishing regulation compliance checks. Officers responded to 30 complaints and issued 17 citations, five of which were related to the C&D Canal Conservation Area and associated recreational trail, where there is an increased Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police presence.

Lois Kathleen Osman \”Kay\” (nee Tozour), of Haddon Heights, passed away on May 3, 2015 after a brief illness. Lois was aged 80 years.

Born and raised in Glassboro, Kay graduated from Glassboro High School. A short time after graduation; Kay met, fell in love and married a young man named Charles Osman. Together they shared 35 years of marriage and raised three children before he passed away in 1992.
Kay worked full time for Interstate Outdoor in Cherry Hill as a Bookkeeper & Receptionist for more than 20 years up until her recent illness. She will be fondly remembered as a loving, optimistic woman who was the inspiration of her family.
Kay enjoyed spending time with her family creating memories that they will now cherish as her legacy.

Kay is the beloved wife of the late Charles H. Osman, III; cherished mother of Chip (Lori) ; Kathi (Kevin Patterson) and Mark (Bernadette) Osman; dear sister of Janice Hamlin, Marjorie Dole, Doris Hoffman, Leon & Frank Tozour; loving grandmother of Karen (Tim) Moran, Emily, Amanda, Caitlin, Kristen and Ryan Osman; great grandmother of Isla Moran

 Camden City, NJ May 1, 2015 (CNBNews.net) – A Camden County Police Department officer on foot patrol saved the life of an unconscious man experiencing a drug overdose Thursday afternoon.

 Just before 2:20 p.m. Thursday, Officer Stephen Bezich was on foot patrol addressing quality of life issues in the area of Broadway and Martin Luther King Boulevard when he was alerted to a man who was lying face-down on the sidewalk unresponsive and struggling to breathe. Officer Bezich immediately called for EMS response and then administered Narcan to the victim. The man began to regain consciousness before being taken to Cooper University Hospital.

CAMDEN CITY NJ (May 4, 2015) CNBNews.net–The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Audubon Police Department are seeking information about a fatal hit and run that killed a pedestrian in Audubon.

Christopher Dean, 36, of Audubon, was found lying on the side of road near the intersection of West Graisbury and West Atlantic avenues at approximately 10:40 p.m. April 9, 2015. He was transported by ambulance to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 11:42 p.m.

CAMDEN CITY NJ May 3, 2015 (CNBNews.net)–The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Camden County Police Department are investigating the death of a man found on the water’s edge in Camden.

Camden County Police received a 911 call around 2:53 p.m. on Sunday for a body found along the bank of the Delaware River near 28th Street and Adams Avenue in Camden. The discovery was made by a juvenile playing in the area.

The body appears to be of a Hispanic male in his 40s. Detectives are working on positively identifying him.

The cause and manner of death are unknown at this time. It is not known how long the man had been in the water. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
