CNB ARCHIVES 2011: Four Gloucester City Officials Fined for Refusing to File FDS

The State Local Finance Board recently fined four Gloucester City officials $100 each for refusing to file the Financial Disclosure Statements (FDS) due on April 30, 2008. The four officials who were fined are:

Ryan Murphy, Planning & Zoning Board

Jack Brandt, Planning & Zoning Board Alternate

Colleen Hagan, Library Board

Joanne B. Gurick, Library Board

I originally filed my complaint on September 11, 2009, against nineteen (19) Gloucester City officials for failing to file their FDS.

On January 31, 2011, and February 28, 2011, I received updates from the Local Finance Board advising that:

Wilma \”Billie\” H. Coxe, age 90 of Gloucester City

On November 23, 2015. Age 90. (nee Loveland) Of Gloucester City. Youngest of 9 children to the late Allen and Mary Loveland. Loving wife of the late Raymond W. Coxe. Loving mother of Barbara Zbrzeznj (Bernard), Margaret Witte (Charles) and Raymond F. Coxe (Penny). Cherished grandmother of Raymond Coxe, Jill Rafter (Jerry), Pamela Whitney (Kevin), Greg Coxe (Lisa), Lauren Witte, Mark Zbrzeznj (Collen), Mindy Coxe and Rachel Witte. Loving great grandmother of eight.

Billie worked many years for J.C. Penney in Audubon and retired from Cherry Hill in 1994. She was a faithful and devoted parishioner of St. Mary’s Church and member of the Gloucester City Community Choir.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday morning from 9 to 10:30 AM at St. Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Mass of Christian Burial 10:45 AM in the Church. Interment will follow in New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
