Edwin Craig Gramley, Jr. of Gloucester City, NJ passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at the age of 78 years.
Preceded in death by his parents, Edwin C. Gramley, Sr and Dorothy J. (nee Lawson), his siblings Alice Pierce (Robert), John Gramley, Nancy Gramley, and Dave Gramley (the late Ginny). He leaves behind his loving sister Dorothy Hancock (the late Rick) and his brothers Mark Gramley (Vicki) and Roy Gramley (the late Sandra). He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
Craig was a carpenter by trade, and he loved fishing and playing pool.
On May 19th, 2026, at the age of 62, John passed peacefully at Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ. Of West Deptford. Formerly a longtime resident Of Bellmawr.
Survived by his children, Lisa Castrataro, Nichole Castrataro, Christopher Lacovara, Anthony Lacovara and Desiree Beebe; grandchildren, Andre English, Lea English, Nicholas Lacovara, Giavonna Castrataro, Julia Wiggins, Brienna Lacovara, Salvatore Lacovara and Kye Sullivan; longtime partner, Bonny Tittermary; brother, Michael Castrataro III, and Lisa Liquori, as well as many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents, Michael Castrataro Jr. and Nancy Fortuna Castrataro, and his brother, Joe Castrataro.
John was a longtime auto mechanic and formerly owned and operated John’s Auto Clinic in Bellmawr. Above all else, John was a devoted Poppy to his cherished grandchildren and adored each and every one.
On May 13, 2026, age 86 Of Westville. Formerly of Gloucester City. Predeceased by his loving wife of 55 years Helen Marie Duffy (nee Murphy).
Survived by his children, Dan Duffy, John Duffy (Kelly) and Patrick Duffy; grandchildren, Alec, Warren, Keegan, Kaitlyn, John, Fallon, Shane, Ellen, Erin and Teri and 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Eleanor Megee (late Donald). Predeceased by his brothers, Edward Duffy (late Elsie) and Michael Duffy (surviving Susan). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Daniel proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy. He worked many years for Aluminum Shapes in Pennsauken before his retirement.
On May 11, 2026, at the age of 23, Joseph passed suddenly at home in Pennsauken. Beloved son of Roger Bryan Johnson and the late Kelly McVeigh. Beloved brother of William Johnson (Koria Draper). Cherished uncle of Sonya Johnson. Also survived by his loving girlfriend Dyonna Wess, as well as many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Joe was a graduate of Gateway Regional High School, class of 2021. He was currently working as a longshoreman for Holt Logistics in Gloucester City.
Joe enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
Robert William Ackley, age 83, of Westville, NJ passed away in the comfort of his own home while surrounded by loving family on Friday, May 8, 2026.
Bob was born in Woodbury. He was raised and resided in Gloucester City before moving to Bellmawr in 1963 then moving to Westville in 1987 where he lived until his passing.
Bob was known for his life long affinity and work with automobiles. He was the owner of Bob’s Auto Service, he supported all types of auto racing, and he also worked as an official at Bridgeport Speedway, now known as Bridgeport Motorsports Park. When he wasn’t involved with cars, Bob enjoyed taking trips with his family to their Pocono house and attending his children’s sports and artistic endeavors. Bob was also a member of the Westville and Bellmawr Lions Club. But above all, he cherished the time spent with family and friends, and will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.
On May 4, 2026, at the age of 79. Of the Fairview section of Camden. Beloved daughter of the late Frederick and Rose Hilling. Loving mother of Leslie Hilling (son-in-law, James Rodriguez). Cherished grandmother of Amanda Kee and Tyler Marcheski and great-grandmother of Julian Rivera. Dear sister of Catherine Hilling Gery. Beloved aunt of Dale Dawson and Nicole Dawson Fritz.
Marie was a graduate of Camden High School. She worked many years as a bank teller in Gloucester City and an aide for Senior Care in Voorhees. Marie was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and loved trips to the casinos.

John Gianvito, age 86, passed away on May 1, surrounded by his family at home. He was born on October 24, 1939 in Punxsutawney, PA, and later moved with his family to West Philadelphia, before settling in Brooklawn, NJ. He proudly served his country in the United States military, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to duty and service. Following his military service, he built a long and successful career in administration with the Haddon Township School District,
A graduate of Gloucester High School, he attended Rutgers University–Camden and was later inducted into the school’s Sports Hall of Fame, an honor that reflected his talent, dedication, and athletic achievement.
ANNA E. CASSIDY (March 7) Private Funeral services were held for Anna E. Cassidy, 97, (nee Elliott), a lifelong resident of Gloucester City, who passed away on February 28, 2013. She is the beloved mother of John (Marjorie) and Daniel (Linda) Cassidy and loving grandmother of Kimberly, John, Lori, Bryan and Shayne. She is also survived by 10 dear great grandchildren. ALEXANDER F. TRAKIMAS (March 7) Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Gloucester City for Alexander F. Trakimas, 70, who quietly passed away at home in Somerdale on February 18, 2013. Alex was rarely without a book in hand, the Barron’s newspaper and the Wall Street Journal. His beloved grandparents, Frank and Marie Sherrer, encouraged his love of reading and education when he was a child. He was born on October 21, 1942, the eldest son of the late Alexander and Theresa Trakimas (nee Sherrer) in Gloucester City. He was the loving brother of Patricia (Richard) Woodland, Joseph (Jackie), Ann (Charles) Adams, the late Frances and the late Suzanne. He attended Gloucester Catholic High School Class of 1961 and St. Joseph’s University Class of 1966. He worked as a stockbroker with Walston & Co. in Philadelphia for many years. He is survived by his children Patricia and Jennifer Roche and their mother Barbara, Alexis Chen, Justin and Matthew and their mother Carole. He also leaves behind six grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Kennedy Hospital and Laurel Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Beloved wife of 58 years to John R. Gianvito. Loving mother of Todd (Nicole) Gianvito, Lori Coffey and Brian (Donna) Gianvito. Cherished grandmother of Nolan Coffey, Ty Gianvito, Brynn Coffey, Ryan Gianvito, Austin Gianvito and Addison Gianvito.
Joan enjoyed trips to the beach, traveling the country and the world with her husband John, spending time with friends, especially spending time with her grandchildren and of course Johnny Mathis.
A gathering of family and friends will be held this Friday, January 14, 2022, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Givnish of Marlton Funeral Home, 398 East Main St., Marlton. Her funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m.
Entombment was at Park View Cemetery at Kirby’s Mill, 25 Fostertown Rd., Medford.
