Gwendolyn Gail Bear-Raub, 82, Formerly of Allentown, PA

Gwendolyn Gail Bear-Raub (nee Hoffman) passed away on December 31, 2025 at the age of 82.  Formerly of Allentown, PA, Gwen retired as the Assistant Vice President of Training for Hess’s Department Store.

Loving mother of Stacey Inglis of Wilmington, DE.  Devoted grandmother of Aynsley Inglis, also of Wilmington, DE.  Daughter of the late Clarence and June Hoffman (nee Scharadin).  Sister of Malcolm (Sherri) Hoffman, Bonita (Karl) Santa, Jacqueline (Joseph) Miller and the late Margaret “Peggy” Kies.  She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ.  Funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM.  Interment private.

Roberto Torres-Maldonado, 82, of Voorhees

Voorhees, NJ. Formerly of Camden, NJ. Age 82. Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Alfonso Torres, Sr. and Isabella Maldonado. Roberto is survived by his loving children, Roberto Torres, Jr., Angel Torres, Lydia Collazo, Roberta Torres, Marilyn Perez; brothers, Willaim Torres, Alfonso Torres, Jr., Raymond Torres; sisters, Carmen Torres and Daisy Torres. He also leaves behind several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and the caring team at Complete Care Kresson View in Voorhees, NJ.

Roberto worked for many years as a refrigeration repair technician. He enjoyed music and playing the guiro percussion instrument

Graveside services will be celebrated on Friday, January 2nd at 12 pm in Waterford Memorial Park Cemetery, 679 Pestleton Road, Waterford, NJ.

(nee Deuter) Lifelong resident of Haddon Heights, NJ, passed away on December 27, 2025.  She was 95 years old.

Barbara Grace Sagges (nee Aspey) passed away on December 23, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. A resident of Oaklyn, NJ and formerly of Somerset, PA and Beltsville, MD, Barbara was 88.

Mother of Cindy Lou Pattana (Louis) and Timothy Sagges (Joseph Sirak). Grandmother of Jesse Paul Pattana. Sister of John (Sheila) Aspey, Vernon Aspey, Lucille Mileo, Louis (Barbara) Aspey and the late Stanley Aspey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

David Rivera, 65, of Camden

On December 20, 2025, at the age of 65. Of Camden. Predeceased by his wife, Modesta Nobles and siblings, Freddie, Jamie and Chuck. Survived by his son, David A. Rivera, Jr.; step-daughter, Nadine Nobles and brother, Bert Rivera. David was the son of the late Noberto and Emma Rivera.

He worked many years in the textile industry, retiring from United Fabrics in Pennsauken.

Justin Andrew Mortimer, 35, Bridgeton

Suddenly, On December 16, 2025, Age 35. Of Bridgeton, NJ, Cherished son of Julie Mortimer and Shawn Powell. Loving brother of Pierce Mortimer and Aaron Hanback, II. Adored and beloved by all of his caregivers, friends and house mates at Devereux Bridgeton. Survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and his step-dad, Aaron Hanback. 

Justin was born in Buffalo, NY. He loved riding with his step-dad on his motorcycle when he was younger. Justin liked music and his favorite movie growing up was Disney’s “Alladin.” He enjoyed swimming, taking walks and going to flea markets with his family. Justin always enjoyed car rides, no matter how short the distance. He loved the beach and he was always the first one in the ocean, swimming out as far as he could and did not want to come out of the water. Justin’s favorite food was Reese Peanut Butter cups and pizza and almost every year for his birthday he would have brownies instead of a birthday cake.

Surrounded by and in the loving care of her family, Roe passed peacefully at home in Bellmawr on December 21, 2025, at the age of 83. Loving mother of Michelle Carney (Bill), Michael R. Dick (Crystal) and Raymond J. Dick (Natasha). Cherished GG of Ashley Morelli (Kyle), Kristina Brady (James), Ryan Carney (Kayley), Zachary Carney (Nicole), Dakotah Spisak, Jace Dick and Gracie Wilson and great-grandchildren Jaxon, Eva, Nora, Landon and Brinley. Longtime loving partner of Harold J. Minnett. Loving Aunt of many nieces and nephews and second daughter, Danielle Susini. Predeceased by her husband Raymond E. Dick.

Gary L. Wakefield, 69, formerly of Barrington

Gary L. Wakefield of Collingswood, NJ – formerly of Barrington, NJ and Tuscon, AZ – died peacefully in the comfort of his home on December 14, 2025 in the presence of his loving family; he was 69.

The youngest son of the late Ernest Wakefield Sr. and Esther (nee Quinton), Gary was loved by many for his kind heart and great sense of humor. He is survived by his wife of 28 years Maryann (nee DeShayes), his daughters Jill (Devrim) Bal, Amy (late Frederick) Lazzati, Shannan Doud, Jennifer Doud and Kelly Doud. He was loving Pop-Pop to Adam, Preston, Erik and Luna.

Gary is also survived by his siblings Ernest (Kathy), Lynne, Paul (Maria) and Ellen. He is predeceased by his brother James and his sister Florence.

Carmen John Fanelli, Jr., 75, of Audubon

Carmen John Fanelli Jr., age 75, lifelong resident of Audubon, NJ, passed away on December 17, 2025, surrounded by those who loved him most. He was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cherished friend to many. Carmen is predeceased by his father Carmen Fanelli Sr. He is survived by his mother Josephine Fanelli (nee Robino), his loving wife of 40 years, Christine (nee McHenry Perozzi), and his beloved children — John (Christina) Perozzi, Carmen (Amiee) Fanelli III, and Alise (Ryan) Heal — his cherished grandchildren: John, Tyler, Julianna “Ruby,” RJ, Ava, Kaydence, and Paisley, as well as his grand dog Comet, who all lovingly knew him as “Ex-Pop”. He is also survived by his siblings Vicki (Dennis) Sandefer, Ron (Kathy) Fanelli, Bernadette (Gordon) Araujo, Trish (Jeff) Lomanno, along with countless cousins, nieces, and nephews.
