Carol Boyle of Collingswood, NJ, passed peacefully on April 2nd, 2026.

Across 80 years, Carol’s life held many blessings, including 60 years of marriage to her devoted husband and high school sweetheart, Richard “Dick” Boyle. Dick and Carol shared countless joys through their years, with Dick being Carol’s true rock. His unwavering devotion and love both anchored and buoyed Carol across life’s vicissitudes. Together, they worked to build a rich and rewarding life while growing the legacy of a beautiful family.

Born Carol Ann Hart, Carol was the first child of the late Jack and June (Austin) Hart of Collingswood. Among other youth activities, Carol entered community parades upon lavish floats, discovered the Valentine Lady, served as a Girl Scout, drummed in the Audubon Drum and Bugle Corpe (Bon Bons), and attended art classes in Philadelphia. Carol graduated in 1964 from Collingswood Senior High School, where she met Dick. They married in 1965 and soon after purchased their Collingswood residence.

Erin DiSandro Receives NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship

Senior Muhlenberg College student-athlete Erin DiSandro of Mount Laurel, NJ has been awarded an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship and will be attend medical school at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia after graduation.

Each year, the NCAA awards up to 126 postgraduate scholarships to student-athletes who have completed their final year of athletics competition. The scholarships are distributed three times annually – in the fall, winter and spring – providing 21 total scholarships each to men and women per season. The award is a one-time, nonrenewable scholarship intended to support graduate study at an accredited institution.

Hunt had been free since the accident, pending the outcome of the accident investigation.

Judith F. Pattison, 87, of Haddonfield

(nee Fay) Peacefully on April 4, 2026, of Haddonfield, NJ, formerly of Westmont, NJ. She was 87 years old.

Beloved wife of 54 years to the late William F. Pattison. Dear mother of Mark (Raquel) Pattison and Mary Kelly (Michael Nelson). Loving grandmother of Matthew and Ryan Pattison, Brielle and Damian Nelson. She is also lovingly survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Betty Ann and Sam O’Kane; 3 nieces, Mary Beth, Terry and Rosemary; 2 nephews, Sam III and Charles; devoted caregiver, Rosa Irizarry Arman and loving furry companion, Miranda.

Judith was a 1956 graduate of St. Mary of the Angels Academy in Haddonfield and 1960 graduate of Glassboro State College. She was an educator for over 35 years at Barclay Elementary School, Holy Rosary and St. Rose of Lima grammar schools and Edison grammar school in Westmont. Judith was a very active parishioner of Holy Saviour Church, Haddon Township. She also loved gardening and providing bird feeders for her birds and vacationing in Cape May, NJ.
