Detectives are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist in Voorhees on Saturday morning, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Voorhees Police Chief April Herrington.

On Saturday, October 24, 2026, at approximately 1:17 a.m., officers from the Voorhees Police Department responded to the area of the 100 block of North Route 73 for a motor vehicle collision involving a bicyclist. Upon arrival, officers located a bicyclist lying unresponsive in the roadway. The victim – later identified as 71-year-old Maksudur Rahman of Berlin Township – was pronounced deceased at the scene.
