Long ago people came to America searching for new lands to settle. The reasons for their search varied but two of the main reasons was to escape tyranny and religious persecution. It is ironic that it would appear the United States is headed right back to the same things people tried to escape from. Americans are confused and angry and for good reason. We have a government that seems to less and less represent them but is more than happy to hand them the bill for it. It would seem that taxation without representation is again surfacing. Can anyone say they are truly pleased with the job our government is doing for the money we pay them?
