Community Clean Up at Martha Wilson Park Today

Commissioner Al Dyer and Commissioner Colleen Bianco Bezich will join Camden Mayor Victor Carstarphen and community partners and volunteers for a community cleanup at Martha Wilson Park, 4th Street & Washington Park, Camden at 9 a.m.

“Caring for our neighborhoods is a shared responsibility, and creating clean, welcoming spaces ensures our kids have safe places to play,” Commissioner Dyer said. “I commend the mayor for his leadership in organizing these clean-ups, and it’s inspiring to see the real progress made after each event.”

Throughout the 2026 cleanup season, the City of Camden Department of Public Works will be on-site to pick up debris including large bulk trash items. Camden residents will be able to obtain information relating to recycling, e-waste, trash disposal, and litter prevention in addition to other city programs. The Camden Strong initiative will continue throughout spring and summer with a series of 11 neighborhood cleanups and a cemetery cleanup.
