Traffic Advisory

The I-676 northbound Exit 1 ramp to Collings Road is closed and detoured for emergency drainage repairs in Camden, Camden County. In addition, Collings Road is closed between the I-676 northbound Exit 1 off-ramp and the ramp onto I-676 southbound.

At approximately 1:30 p.m. today, Wednesday, August 26, the I-676 northbound Exit 1 ramp to Collings Road was closed. In addition, Collings Road was closed between the I-676 northbound Exit 1 off-ramp to the ramp onto I-676 southbound. I-676 southbound Exit 1C to Collings Road remains open. The closures are necessary for emergency drainage repairs. The following detours are in place until further notice:

I-676 northbound Exit 1 to Collings Road Detour:

  • Motorists on I-676 northbound wishing to take the Exit 1 ramp to Collings Road will be directed to continue on I-676 northbound
  • Take Exit 3 ramp to Holtec Boulevard/Port Terminal/Broadway/Gloucester
  • Turn right onto Morgan Street
  • Merge onto Fairview Street
  • Turn right onto Route 168 back to Collings Road

I-676 southbound Exit 1C to Collings Road eastbound Detour:

  • Motorists on I-676 southbound taking the Exit 1C ramp that wish to take Collings Road eastbound will be directed to cross Collings Road and take the ramp back onto I-676 southbound
  • Take the Exit 1A ramp to Rt 130 northbound/Rt 168 southbound/Camden/Trenton
  • Take the exit to Rt 130 northbound to Route 168 northbound/Collingswood/Trenton
  • Take Route 130 northbound
  • Stay left to turn onto Route 168 northbound back to Collings Road

Variable Message Signs will provide advance notification to motorists of traffic pattern changes associated with the work. The precise timing of the work is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
