According to the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2021 to 2026 Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplements (CPS ASEC), Medicaid coverage rates rose from 2020 to 2021, didn’t change significantly from 2021 to 2023 and decreased from 2023 to 2025.
