In recognition of National Voter Registration Day today, September 15, September serving as Library Card Sign-Up Month, Commissioner Colleen Bianco Bezich will join the Camden County Clerk’s Office and the Camden County Library System to highlight the importance of voter registration while showcasing the many resources and services available through a library card.
“Libraries aren’t just places to find your next book; they are one of our most trusted community spaces where residents of all ages can access information, learn something new, and connect with important resources,” said Commissioner Colleen Bianco Bezich, liaison to the Camden County Library System. “As we recognize National Voter Registration Day and Library Card Sign-Up Month, we are proud to make voter registration information and resources accessible to all our residents.”
The League of Women Voters will be at select branches of the Camden County Library System from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, September 15, to assist residents with voter registration. All branches of the Camden County Library System will also host voter-themed information tables throughout the remainder of the month, featuring resources on voter registration and the voting process, as well voting-themed books, activities, and educational resources for all ages. Voter registration applications are always available in any Camden County Library System location.
