As one of his last acts, Speaker Boehner swung a deal to set the budget levels for the current and next fiscal year. It has some gimmicky offsets, tweaks the major entitlement programs, and tells the Executive Branch they can ignore the debt limit until March of 2017. The deal is expected to be signed by the President before the Department of Treasury exhausts their tricks and hits the debt ceiling. But remember, the legislative work on fiscal year 2016 isn’t done. This deal just sets the budget levels. They still have to write the actual spending bills before December 11, when the current continuing resolution funding government at last year’s levels expires.

ROCCO CARSILLO PLEADS GUILTY TO AGGRAVATED MANSLAUGHTER IN WEST DEPTFORD

CNB Hunting/Fishing New Jersey: Fall Trout Stocking Complete, More to Come in November

The return of larger, 2-year old trout for the annual fall trout stocking was welcomed by anglers $\"Rainbow_joiner10-16-15sm\"$ who enjoyed being outdoors amid the colorful fall foliage.

Nearly 21,000 Rainbow Trout averaging 14.6\” were stocked in 16 streams and 15 ponds across the state over a two-week period. In addition to those fish, 745 breeders averaging 21.1\”, awaited anglers like Bob Joiner, right, whose fishing buddy Paul Zrinko snapped the photo of Bob with a beautiful South Branch rainbow.

More trout will be stocked just prior to Thanksgiving thanks to the NJDEP\’s Division of Fish and Wildlife\’s Winter Trout Stocking Program. On November 23 and 24 approximately 5,000 two-year old Rainbow Trout, averaging 14-18 inches, will be stocked in 24 designated ponds and lakes throughout the state, providing more excitement for the holiday weekend and into the spring.

PITTSGROVE NJ (October 30, 2015)--Gloucester High\’s Vincent DiGiacomo threw touchdown passes of 36 and 3 yards to Anthony Rodriguez for Gloucester in a 21-9 victory Friday night over Schalick in Pittsgrove, according to the South Jersey Times via highschoolsports.nj.com

DiGiacomo added a 10-yard rushing score in the victory. Gloucester trailed 9-7 after three-quarters before scoring 14 points in the fourth quarter.

Kason Barrett ran for a 9-yard touchdown for Schalick and Ethan Long connected on a 35-yard field goal.

CNB Hunting/Fishing Pennsylvania: Tree Stands, Blinds Left on Game Lands Must Be Tagged

New requirement also applies to other tracts under the Pennsylvania Game Commission’s $\"Unknown\"$ management.

If you harvest a deer, you’re required to tag it.

And if you harvest it from a tree stand that was left on state game lands or other properties controlled by the Pennsylvania Game Commission, that stand, too, must be tagged.

With hunting season underway, hunters are reminded a regulation that became effective earlier this year requires all tree stands and portable ground blinds left on lands under the Game Commission’s control be marked to identify their owners.

Mohammad A. Khan Guilty of Vehicular Homicide

Cherry Hill man. guilty in vehicular homicide

Mohammad A. Khan (DOB 10/7/91), of Cherry Hill NJ was convicted today (10/29) by a Gloucester County jury of vehicular homicide in a 7/3/13 collision on Route I-295 in which a 32-year-old Pennsville woman was killed when Khan’s car, which he was driving southbound at an estimated 105 to 113 miles per hour, struck the back of the vehicle in which she was a rear-seat passenger.
